Hello everyone again after "little time". I forgott to put here a question: i made little while ago an interresting doscovery about quality of photos made by typical lab in Czech republic in later 90's. Few weaks ago, i made rescan of some films with my cheap flatbed scanner Epson V500 and see really huge difference. So, my question is about photos of Tribe in this web: is it scans from paper photos, or negative/dia scans? Because there might be so much room to improve quality of photos with just few minutes of work on cheap flatbed scanner. See my results: david.asimov.cz/maturita_scan/maturita-scan-comparing-eng.html

Hey Djezek,
Thank you for the link. It looks like you got some pretty good results rescanning your photo. Unfortunately, I do not have the original photos. All I have is what you see on the website. All of the photographs on the website were sent to me by members of the band, and fans of the band.
I did recently receive a bunch of promotional photographs from Janet, and I scanned some of them. I will be adding them to the photograph page real soon. I hope you will be happy with the quality of my scans. You can see one of them currently on the home page.

Hi Steve, thanks for answer.
Well, if you have only prints, its OK quality on tribeonline. Iam glad even for them very much and thank you for the site itself. My question was mostly theoretical, i will be really shocked, if there will be someone (you :-)) with large collection of all source negatives...
