The youtube video of Janet's band at the Middle East in Dec. 95, posted recently, is a must see. The 2 songs and the performance are just awesome.

The first one, Don't Touch Me, was on the demo I have a bad cassette copy of. The second one is unfamiliar but I'm really looking forward to a good copy of the first.
I'd love to see more video of that show.

First......WOW! Thanks so much for posting this. So much appreciated! The second song is called "Johnnie", according to an old set list.

It's nice to hear some more of her solo work, she could have easily been the next PJ Harvey with that voice, it makes one wonder why nothing came from that.

I see some more videos up on YouTube! Wow, these are great!
Can someone verify the titles for me?
The one simply labelled "Janet LaValley" is definitely "Song of Salome"
"Janet LaValley 2" is "Queen of the World"
"Janet LaValley 3" I'm not sure of?
"Janet LaValley 4" starts off with "Open My Eyes" then cuts out and finishes up with some other song I'm not sure of?
