Since I created TribeOnline.info, almost 4 years ago, countless Tribe fans have contacted me. Everyone seems to love the website, and are usually very happy to find all the mp3's that are available to download. It has been my pleasure to make this stuff available for everyone to enjoy. I hope to continue to make this stuff available for as long as I can. I am always excited when I get new stuff to share with other fans. The one thing that I get asked about most often is "Where can I download Janet LaValley's unreleased solo album"? I am finally able to say that you can find one of the songs on JanetLaValley.com. Janet sent me an mp3 of one of the tracks from her unreleased album yesterday. The song is called “It’s All Right With Me”, and it was recorded in 1998. I think it rocks. I would love to hear what you guys think of it. Janet also sent me the lyrics which you will find on the site. Line-up: Norm Demoura: Music, all guitars, bass Janet LaValley: Lyrics, all vocals Perry James: Drums Production: Dae Bennett and Norm and Janet Janet says that this song is for you the fans. Hopefully there will be more to come soon. I have also added a few more bells and whistles to the Janet site. Sign the new Guest Book while you are there!!

Thanks Janet. Your solo stuff really is a lot harder than Tribe. It's pretty cool listening to this along with Tribe songs and seeing your range. Wish the record company had put this out years ago.

Wow, this is excellent! I really like the hard edge in this song. Thanks to Janet for making this incredible music, and thanks to Steve for making it available for everyone. I hope we will be able to hear more of this music soon.

Very nice! Thank you Janet and Steve!
I agree it's a crime this wasn't released properly, so we'll have to make up for it when the time comes. I much appreciate this gift for the fans, Janet, and you can be sure I'll be purchasing the album as soon as it's available.
Cheers!

What a great track! Thanks, Janet. It would be so cool to see the record get put out as you intended...title and all. I was fortunate enough to get a demo tape from RPM during the years I was calling them. Love those songs too. Any chance you recorded the cover of "You're So Vain" Thanks again.

Janet, would it be okay to offer a rough live recording of your show at Mama Kin from June 1995? I'm sure your other fans love to hear it. It was a great show. Steve, not sure if I sent you a copy of this...but I'd be happy to if we have Janet's permission.

A long time ago, a friend told me the station he worked at had a copy of Janet's record, but he kept forgetting to make me a copy. So I called BCN, back when they anwered the phones, in an attempt to get Juanita (the Scene Queen, (in reality a Janet, too), to play something from Janet's record, and she played "Here at the Home" because, apparently, they didn't have a copy

-Sorry, I prematurely posted...what I was trying to get at is that after only hearing killer live versions of her songs, the MP3 could have been disappointing, because of lousy production, or low quality sound, etc...but I never expected it to be anywhere near this great. The production is perfect. The engineering sounds incredible, and the MP3 quality itself is really impressive. I think I've listened to it a dozen times. I can't get sick of it. Norm's a d**n genius at layering tracks to get that wall of guitars sound, which also has a really unique feel to it. Please release more.

This is awesome! If Janet is willing to put up another mp3 from the unreleased album, I'd request Dirigible. The version on the unreleased Tribe album is quite impressive, but I'd love to hear one with full production values.
Thanks so much for making this available!

Hey John.
I'd really rather you didn't post any "rough" recordings of my live shows. Norm and I are planning on releasing an ep version of the unreleased solo record in the next several months. I'd much rather that be what you all hear. Thanks so much to you and everyone else for your continued interest in my music. It's really great to know you all like the solo stuff. Norm and I like it too! We've decided it's time to get it out. So you'll be hearing more soon about how we're gonna do that. Till then,
Janet
