Seems to have been a recent explosion of new stuff on youtube.
To be able to see them again is quite a treasure - the quality of the bootlegs is quite good considering.
I think this site should get "linked" to the youtube stuff - we need to build the strongest vintage Tribe presence on the web since they were sort of pre-web.
What great news, Tom

Hey Tom,
Thanks for the heads up. Can you provide me with some links?

These postings are so precious, it makes more sense to know the posters rather than the postings. So here are 2 of the bootleggers' youtube channels. If you are not familiar with the "channel page" just scroll through "uploads" or enter "tribe" in the "uploads search" line. The biggest set of bootlegs is from "Tribe at Avalon" which were posted by lordmjh. His channel is www.youtube.com/user/lordmjh#p/uThen there are 3 from TheARR from the BU 1993 concert. (Janet you have pretty legs!) His channel is www.youtube.com/user/TheARR#p/search___________________ There is a fair amount of this new stuff on youtube and others are welcome to work on bringing the links here. The best search method is "tribe" and a song title such as "tribe easter dinner" and you will find lots of stuff. Its always been a search issue on youtube when you only use "tribe" or "tribe band" or "tribe music" etc.

Thank you Tom. I am wondering if maybe my website is a little more difficult to navigate than I thought? I have all of the videos that you mentioned linked on the video page which you can find under the Music/MP3 page. Maybe I should change the name of that page to MP3/Videos? I have known about all of those videos for some time now. The ARR is a personal friend of mine, and the Avalon Ballroom video is on my Tribe Veoh Channel. Veoh allows you to upload much longer video uploads than YouTube. That Avalon show is 1 hour and 23 minutes long. Here is a link to my Tribe Veoh Channel: www.veoh.com/users/Tribe-Boston

Maybe - I just did a quick look and didn't see the media link. Just General in the forum.
Maybe a Sticky topic in General? Like where to find all the music?
Thanks Tom
PS. This forum is real hard to find from a search too. I don't know what you could do really since "tribe" is so common a word.

Here is a link to all of the videos & mp3's that are available on the website: www.stevelathamdesign.com/tribe/music.htmIf you go to any page on the website there are flash buttons that link to all of the pages including an interact page which has a link to this forum. If you click on the Music/Mp3 button that will take you to the page I have a link to above. I thought I designed a page that was relatively easy to navigate. Maybe I will have to rethink it? Here is a link to the home page: www.stevelathamdesign.com/tribe/index.htmYou can also find the home page here: www.tribeonline.infoAlso, if you are looking for more info on Janet LaValley's solo career. You can go here: www.janetlavalley.com
